Seniors In Motion of Flower Mound is an organization of citizens over 50 years of age which recognizes the value seniors contribute to our Town and strives to provide resources that enable the continuation of full, active, healthy, and happy lives. Seniors In Motion fosters a sense of community where seniors connect with others who share similar interests; plan and implement meaningful contributions to the community; participate in opportunities for personal growth; and experience genuine caring, support, and friendship.
The Seniors In Motion program is housed at the Flower Mound Senior Center. Drop by for daily fitness and dance classes, art classes, delicious lunches, games, special events, and more! Yearly membership is $10 for Flower Mound Residents and $20 for non-residents. Day passes are also available for $1 for residents and $2 for non-residents.
