Name That Tune on ZOOM Rules

Welcome to Celebration Magazine LIVE’s Name That Tune on Zoom! 

REGISTERING TO PLAY:

1. Find the link to register at Celebrationmagazine.com,  in Celebration Magazine Email Blasts, or on Celebration Magazine’s Facebook page.

2. Fill in your information

3. An email will be sent to you with your special link to join us in a Zoom Video Conference by noon the day of the game.  (A webcam is not required; Zoom will work on your phone, tablet, and your computer)

4. You will need to create a FREE user account on Zoom.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON ZOOM:

1. Go to https://zoom.us/

2. Click “Sign up for Free”

3. Enter your birthdate and click “Continue”

4. Enter your email and click “Sign Up”

5. Log into you email account and find the email from Zoom.  (This may be in your spam or junk folder)

6. Open the email and click “Activate Account” This will bring you back to Zoom’s Website

7. Enter your first name, last name, and choose your password.  Click “Continue”

8. On the next page click “Skip this Step”

9. You are now all signed up for Zoom!

JOINING THE GAME: 

1. You will receive an email by noon the day of the game with the link to join the Zoom Game

2. Click the link to join no later than 1:55 pm

GAME PLAY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. We will play three rounds, each with 3 Contestants who will be randomly selected live during the game using the Celebration Spin Wheel. 

2. Each round will consist of 3 songs played by the great Doc Gibbs. 

3. When you know the song yell your name to buzz in and you will be asked your answer.

4. The first person to get the correct answer will earn a point.

5. After the 3 songs are played the person with the most points wins!

CELEBRATION SPIN WHEEL:

1. The game Host will share their screen with you so that you can see the special wheel that will spin and randomly select our contestants. 

2. Each of the registered names for that day’s game has been added to a space on the wheel.

3. The wheel will be spun, and the randomly selected name will show on the screen.

4. Spinning the wheel will be repeated prior to each round to select our 3 contestants. 

5. You may only be chosen as a contestant once per day. 

WIN DAILY E-GIFT CARDS

1. Each game day we will have three rounds, one winner per round.

2. There will also be a live random drawing at the end of each Zoom Game for an additional prize.  *Winner of the random drawing must be present in the Zoom Game to win.*

3. Winners will receive an E-GIFT CARD.

4. Prizes are $10 or higher E-GIFT CARDS.
