It's EASY to Join Celebration for Zoom Events!

Joining Celebration Magazine for our LIVE Zoom events is easy and we are here to help you every step of the way! Below are some tips and tricks to help you make this experience even better!!

​

• To join our events you will need one of the following: Smart Phone | Computer | Tablet

• Celebration hosts Zoom events 3 - 4 days a week. Check out our calendar of events on the following pages.

• There are 3 ways to register for our Zoom events.

  • ​1. Call Celebration at 469-532-2622 - Press 1 for Rosa

  • 2. Visit our website at www.celebrationmagazine.com and click on the click on the YELLOW button on our website header that says "REGISTER FOR ZOOM EVENTS"

  • 3. Register directly from our daily information emails.

• On THE DAY OF THE EVENT, Rosa will email you a secure and private link to our Zoom event. Please be on the lookout for an email from rosa@celebrationmag.com or rosacelebrationmag@gmail.com. TIP: Add Rosa's email addresses to your contacts.

 

If you DO NOT see the email by 12:45pm the day of the event, CHECK YOUR JUNK or SPAM FOLDER.

If you still haven't received the email, please call our office at 469-532-2622 no later than 1:45pm. Should you get our voicemail, please leave a message for Rosa by dialing 1. She will call you back immediately.

• After you receive the email, you will simply click on the Zoom link to enter the event. Upon entering the Zoom you may be placed in a WAITING ROOM. As soon as the Celebration team is ready to admit you, you will automatically enter the Zoom Room.

• For security purposes, everyone who joins our Zoom events MUST REGISTER. Please do not share Zoom links or publish them on social media.

• We understand that there are times that you are unable to attend our events. If you cannot attend an event, please call us or reply to Rosa's email and let us know.
